Discarded is a free card deduction game. It offers a single-player mode against AI and a multiplayer party mode where players communicate in real time. The App requires an internet connection for both modes.

The App includes automated content filtering and a player reporting system for questions. We reserve the right to take action against users who violate these terms, including blocking access to multiplayer features.
The App uses Google's Gemini AI to answer questions in single-player mode and to generate topic suggestions. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only, and AI responses should not be relied upon as factual.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit through the App, including nicknames and questions. By submitting content in party mode, you understand that it will be visible to other players in your session.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to interactions with other players, AI-generated content, or service interruptions.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
